1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the Helmseat after using it for less than 20 days, return it in undamaged condition in the original shipping box for a full refund of your purchase price. Blue Heron Marine must receive the returned item within 30 days of the date you received it. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

2. WARRANTY

Blue Heron Marine warrants the Helmseat to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year. Should such defects appear, Blue Heron Marine will either repair or replace the defective Helmseat, at our choice. Obvious damage or abuse of the product may void this warranty.
